孙世琪

孙世琪,博士,研究员,博士生导师,农业农村部兽药评审咨询专家,动物疫病净化评估专家,中国农业科学院兰州兽医研究所创新型领军人才,陇原人才。1997年毕业于甘肃农业大学动物医学院,获学士学位,同年攻读甘肃农业大学基础兽医学硕士学位并于2000年毕业,获硕士学位。随后就职于中国农科院兰州兽医研究所口蹄疫研究室。2006年获中国农业科学院研究生院预防兽医学博士学位。20078月至200911月在新加坡南洋理工大学做博士后研究。200912月回国工作。主要从事口蹄疫病毒重大动物疫病病原致病机理免疫等基础研究以及疫苗和诊断等应用研究。先后主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家国际科技合作、教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金、甘肃省科技重大专项、甘肃省国际科技合作等项目。建立了原核表达系统表达和组装病毒样颗粒的平台和技术,利用该技术研制口蹄疫病毒样颗粒疫苗、赛内卡和猪圆环2型病毒样颗粒疫苗。以病毒样颗粒为工具,研究了口蹄疫病毒的早期入侵机制、口蹄疫病毒激活细胞自噬和内质网应激的机制,揭示了细胞自噬、内质网应激与天然免疫的调控关系,探索了病毒样颗粒作为纳米靶向载体的应用。获一类兽药注册证书2项(排名1,2),中国专利优秀奖(排名1,甘肃省发明专利一等奖1项(排名第1),大北农科技奖1项(排名第1),中国农业科学院成果转化奖-知识产权转化奖1项(排名第1),中国农业科学院科学技术成果奖-杰出科技创新奖(第2),中国农业科学院-大北农人才奖主编著作1部,参编著作5部,参加翻译著作2部,获国际发明专利4项,国家发明专利20多项以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文30余篇;培养研究生20余名。

一、研究对象:

口蹄疫、猪瘟、猪圆环病毒病等重大动物疫病。

二、研究领域:

1)病毒样颗粒疫苗及其鉴别感染与免疫的鉴别诊断技术。

2)以病毒样颗粒和纳米生物材料为工具研究病毒与宿主相互作用关系,重点关注病毒入侵的路径和复制调控机理,病毒调控宿主天然免疫的机理。

3)新型生物纳米材料在动物病毒病的致病机制、诊断等方面的应用。
